Nice design but not fitted to size

Shrank to miniature after washing
I loved this the one time I was able to wear it on vacation. I came home and washed it & hung it to dry. Now I think it might be a little small on my 12-year-old. You can see in the picture how the dress itself shrinks up way shorter than the lining.

When I received this dress I was impressed. This was my first time purchasing from lulu's, and I was worried about the quality of the products I was buying. I bought this for a colloquium I was a part of at my university. This was a little short, especially after I washed it (I think it was the water temp in the dorm machines and I hung to dry) but wasn't completely inappropriate. Cute and classic
Cute shift dress, love the embroidery. Great for any occasion. Lined so not see thru. Only downside was the length. I'm only 5"5 and I find it really short! Can't imagine anyone taller getting away with this as bending down would be awkward!! - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
