Straps too loose
Loved these as soon as I got them, but once I wore them for a practical day, every ten steps the back strap would fall off my heel. I already threw away the packaging so I can't return, but since I love them so much I may order a 8.5 and hope those work! I am strictly always a 9, but no matter how many times I adjust the back strap, they fall down after walking for a minute. - Product Rating: 3 of 5 stars
Love them, but runs large
I am obsessed with these shoes, but unfortunately they are too big on me. I'm typically a 5-5.5 in heels and these slip right off. I didn't want to part with them, so I put some stuffing in the front and they've been okay. I wish Lulu's would carry a size 5 in shoes. - Product Rating: 3 of 5 stars
sling back was too big

Stop selling these shoes
The size is true to fit but the shoes are designed never to stay on your feet. the strap in the back is so low that the shoe comes off. Horrible design uncomfortable fit. Won't stay on
All the reviews are true, you need the strap in the back in order to keep the shoe on your foot and it just doesn't stay up. Returned. - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
Runs half a size too big
I'm usually an 8.5 and those were too big, so I got an 8 and it fit good. However, these shoes are surprisingly not comfortable. I have high heels that are way more comfortable than these kitty heels. Feels off balance walking in them. I had planned to make them my daily wear to work, but nope! Too bad I couldn't return.
