Very loose heel strap
Looking at the model photo you could never tell, however the strap that goes around the heel is SUUUPER loose making the shoe unstable and honestly kind of like a flip flop? I am past the free return stage or I would have seen if I could exchange for a 6.5 vs 7. I may see if my tailor can work some magic on tightening the heel strap as I am hoping to wear these for my wedding. If they cannot tighten the strap, I am not sure what to do :/.Response from Lulus.com:
