Bad quality

Okay
This romper fit me in most ways that I wanted it to except for the area near the bust and under the arms. The fabric just points out and it's weird. The fabric does not lay flat there and it's problematic for me. If that fabric wasn't like that, I would keep this romper in a heartbeat.
