Not just a cover-up!
I love this piece! I will actually be wearing it as a dress rather than a swim cover-up. Lulus has a very similar piece (Tatiana Black Striped Kimono Top) that is open in the front with a tie that is a true cover-up to me. But this one... this one is so cute as dress.
