This dress is super cute. It is a little bit loose in the upper part but still able to wear it.

LOVE!!!!
The material is so comfortable! I was torn to get a SMALL but I am glad I went with the XS because its a little loose around wear my arms lay by my side. Other than that, the dress fits perfect, great material, and so cute! Also- my hips are 33 inches, not 34, it just doesn't go down to that size.

Love the dress, just need a smaller size
I love the style and fabric of this dress, it was just far too big for me! Planning on returning it and reordering a smaller size
