Pretty but runs small

LOVE THIS DRESS
The dress arrived pretty quick other than having to shorten a little due to being vertically challenged lol. The dress is very beautiful, not heavy, and flows really nicely. I was at first disappointed when it was out of stock but, super happy with the waitlist option for when it became available again. Bad zipper
Fabric is beautiful, but zipper would have to be replaced and dress would have to be hemmed. Not willing to invest in that much alteration of a dress. I am 5'10" and it would have to be hemmed at least 2", ordered a size medium.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Susan, thanks for your review! Good dress
I almost returned it because it reminds me so much of the curtain dresses from Sound of Music. But I needed a dress for a wedding so I kept it. Got a few compliments, and floral maxis were what 3 in 4 wedding guests were wearing, so at least it was on trend. Not sure if I'll wear it again. Length was perfect, as I'm 5'9.5 and wore heels.
