Love these shorts
This outfit was perfect. I reviewed the top already, if you're in between sizes I would go for the larger size especially if you're more modest. Perfect outfit regardless.

I got so many compliments on this outfit from friends and strangers. The photo was in a hotel mirror so it doesn't do it justice but I felt so cute in it. Absolutely recommend.!

Do yourself a favor and buy this matching set!
I bought these shorts in medium with the matching top (in a size S) for Lollapalooza and it was so comfortable and beautifully designed. At first I was thrown off by the back not having the embroidery, but it made sense when I wanted to sit down on a bench or street curb and not having to worry about the stitching getting ruined. Loves it
So comfortable, girly, and vibrant. Perfect for a vacation! Maybe not a festival as the bottoms are white and they'll get dirty easily, but your mileage may vary.

Obsessed
These shorts are so fun and are made of excellent quality. What you see in the pic is what you will get. I ordered a small and felt they were a little too cheeky on me. I returned them and got a large (they were out of medium) and brought them to a seamstress to take in the waist. No regrets!
