Fits well everywhere and around the waist but was wayyyy too long

Obsessed for Tropical Getaway

Not flattering
The XS small had SO much fabric on the skirt and so heavy that I was swimming in it. It made me look like I was 20lbs heaver on the bottom or trying to hide something.
