Cute, but odd fit

This dress was tough, because it's so cute. The waist was too big for me and the top part was weirdly small. Just not right for my body type. Finally a dress that touches the floor
OMG! How excited I am to receive a dress where it touches/bunches the ground while in flats. Usually, I get dresses and they are always too large in the chest area and super long OR super small in the chest area and short in length. This dress exceeds my expectations! The top is snug, but still breathable and stretchy.
