A True Little Mermaid Moment
You know, when Ariel gets legs and ends up in a giant sail for a dress? That's what I felt like. Wanted to love this dress, but kind of felt like I was being swallowed by a big old Costco bedsheet. Cheap and Thin
I had been eyeing this dress for a while and finally ordered. Don't do it, girl! The material is pathetically thin and see-through. As others have said, the lining is extremely short and barely covers my butt. Such a disappointment. I really expected a much higher quality for the price.Response from Lulus.com: Hey Bethany! GET IT! (But probably in a smaller size than usual)
I got this for a trip to Mexico and it's the perfect summer beachy dress that can be dressed up or down. I wish it was a bit longer but that's pretty much every dress for me. I usually wear a medium in Lulus dresses but got an XS based on warnings from other reviews and it fits perfectly - still flowy but the waist elastic stays put and gives it the right shape! - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
