I ended up returning this item. It's cute and good for costume jewelry... but felt a little too cheap - even for a costume jewelry piece. I think it was the gold felt too paper thin and foil like. Cute statement earrings
I got the black earrings on sale, and am happy with them. They'll go with a lot, but quality-wise I'm glad I didn't pay full price.
