Cute!
I liked the dress a lot and it fit well enough, a little big in the top but probably just because of my chest size. Very nice!
Since this is a skater cut & allows for more room in hips than size chart we ordered a small for my daughter based on her waist (27") & bust (34B). She's a 38" in hips with athletic build. It's a tad loose in shoulders (she has broader shoulders) & there is no way to adjust the straps but it was not loose enough that she can't wear it. It is lined very well & not see through at all.
