Definitely size up!

Fun Dress
I love this dress. A tad tight in the hip, but it's more from the material - it doesn't give much. Great, classy,well made beautiful lace dress!Response from Lulus.com: Hi Jillian! Beautiful Dress
The color and dress are amazing. Bunches in some areas, so looks weird in those areas. Runs really small. Went a size up. The zipper also gets stuck often. It looks so good though, that all that doesn't matter.
