Not for busty women

Beautiful Dress
I wore this dress to an evening event where I was the guest speaker. There was a reception prior to the start of the event and I was literally unable to walk more than a few feet without someone stopping me to compliment this dress. The blue color is very rich. Pretty for someone tall
