Cute
This bag is very cute, but unfortunately it is a bit top-heavy (even when full), so the top hangs down when using the back-pack straps and will easily spill what's inside if not zipped shut. I just use the shoulder strap now, which is really too bad since I wanted it specifically for the backpack option, but it's still cute. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

Very cute!
It's cute, only lost a star to the sound the chain makes, but I hook it on one of the tabs to minimize the sound.
