Defective item?
I don't know if I got a defective item, but when worn as a backpack, it stays inclined with the bottom hitting my lower back and the top part 5-6 inches detached from my body. I tried with different length of the straps but nothing changes. I only hope I get the refund even if I already removed the labels - it wasn't something noticeable at first! I got ready to go out to run some errands and I wanted to use it when I realized the issue.Response from Lulus.com: Hey Valentina! The suede top is a lighter color than the vegan leather. It does not compliment it well. Sent back and exchanged for the black one. - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
Exactly like Chloe bag!
I really love my new bag! I had been searching for an affordable yet stylish backpack for a while, I'm so glad I purchased this one! I will say that I was kind of annoyed that I had to put the straps on myself when I opened the package. Other than that I think this is a great bag/backpack! Goes great with casual and slightly dressed up outfits.
