    Broken piece

    The purse is very cute except the straps are a bit short. The biggest problem though was that the chain part broke off of the ring in the front and now awkwardly hangs to the side. Wish I could return it.

    Great bag

    This bag is GREAT for vacation and walking the city. The chain kind of clinks when you walk but it didn't bother me. It did come with a rip on the inside pocket but easily fixed. I carried it all day every day on my vacation in Chicago! Goes with everything and holds a lot.

    Cute

    I liked this but I had to return because a zipper was as broken

    Disappointed

    Don't get me wrong, the bag is super cute! But the quality!:( Literally a couple hours of into carrying it a piece on the shorter strap broke. I have extra for the "backpack" version of it, but that means I can't have it all on it and will need to keep switching it all the time. Very dissatisfied cause was really looking forward to carrying it.
