Too small for me!

Beautiful dress
I love this dress. I ordered a small. It fit perfect in the wast and hips but was to tight in the bust. I reordered it in a medium and had the waist taken in. I wore it on a cruise and got several compliments on this dress. The dress looks very expensive and is worth having it altered.
