Unfortunately
The shoes were gorgeous however the customer service was terrible, I've never had any issues with Lulus before however I had to get these shoes exchanged since I needed a bigger size I wrote them on Friday because UPS lost the shoes when it was supposed to be delivered Thursday so she had asked me if I wanted them to send another pair since UPS had lost the package and I responded yes please & she never responded until this Monday morning though... Beautiful Shoes

Red Knock Out Shoes
These heels are perfect! My daughter wanted statement heels to wear with her black prom dress. These are a little bit edgy and edgy is exactly what she wanted! They are perfect.
