    Wasn't in love with dress, but great customer service!

    I had ordered this dress in the deep plum color pictured, but it unfortunately it arrived in a very holiday red color. However, the return process was super simple. Lulus provided a return label and refunded me within a week of sending back my item! The item itself seemed like a very nice fabric, but it was a bit long.     Stunning!

    I felt stunning in this and received lots of compliments! However, the dress was very long, too tight in the back and I had to have it altered, and it was difficult to put on by myself.

    Great Fall Color

    I had my mom lift the straps a bit so there wasn't a little slip, but other than that it fit perfectly and was comfortable! I got a lot of compliments!
