Simple

Nice shoes
These shoes look nice for work or for going out. The only complaint is the strap that goes around your ankle is snug and kinda digs into your ankle. Also if you don't wear the strap tight, the sides of the shoes bow out, in the middle of the shoe which then causes the strap to dig into your ankle more. Black shoes
I really like the style of these shoes, and would have given it 5 stars if this was solely based on appearance. The reason I'm subtracting stars is the fit/comfort. The criss cross straps in the back are plain uncomfortable. Have band aids. I might be willing to try to work through the pain if the shoes fit better. You can't adjust the shoe, and it was too wide. Hit or miss I think...
I loved my other shoes that I got from Lulu's that were the same brand (Qupid) so I was really excited for these! The straps cross over each other right at the low ankle and if they are too tight it hurts to walk and it was tearing the fabric at the clasp, but if they are loose enough where it doesn't hurt, then you can see right in the shoe and they don't fit snug. Eh
The stamps are very uncomfortable and the holes are very small so it's hard to use. The straps are already fraying. They'll do for my graduation but I'll probably never wear them again. Pretty cheap feeling. - Product Rating: 1 of 5 stars

Horribly Uncomfortable
The plastic on these is pretty inflexible, and these are some of my most uncomfortable shoes to wear. Have gotten blisters every time.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Berkley!
