My order never arrived
I ordered a couple dresses to wear for various wedding events. After a few weeks I noticed the order still hadn't shipped, so I reached out to customer support. They replied that they had cancelled the order, but I hadn't been notified or refunded. I don't have much time to look elsewhere for a dress now, but I'm very disappointed in Lulu's service and communication

Satisfactory
Great fit with comfortable low heel however not impressed that I had to pay a duty fee to cross the border.

Normally I'm a 7.5 but these were a little narrow, ordered them in 8 as well and they fit much better
