Size small is not meant for hips
The small is meant for a size 2 or under. It smashed my rear flat button the waist fit fine. I would not have been able to sit comfortably in this. Way Too Small!
I ended up ordering this twice in larger sizes and was never able to get it right. I am generally an easy small that fits into most Lulus clothing but this skirt just did not work. FEELS LIKE LEATHER NICE QUALITY AND FIT
I was surprised that it was NOT leather. One cannot tell by look...fit is perfect at hips and thighs.. a little loose at waist but that's a good thing. I will buy again. Perfect length too.
