Very weird
This fit to about knee length for me. However, there are some weird things bout this outfit. The under layer is attached, but bunches in weird places. There is very little give to this, so sizing has to be just right otherwise it'll bunch where it doesn't fit. Also there is a very weird collar to this that isn't very clear on the photo. It looks very matronly. I ended up returning this.
