They missed the mark I think
I've been a bit divided on Lulus. Some of their items are wonderful, and others miss the mark. This piece felt cheap and almost like it was plastic. I ended up returning it, along with a very thin pair of pants. It feels like a gamble with their things but sometimes you win!
