Cute but unforgiving

Loved this dress fit was off
Ordered the small but chest was too tight. Ordering up would have made waist too large. Short Torso
The fabric is nice and the dress would've been cute but I have a short torso so the waist was sitting almost on my hip and if I put the elastic on my waist it would make the fabric bubble out and change the whole look of the dress.
