    Cheap

    They're so flimsy. It broke as soon as I took off the backing when opening it.

    Broken on arrival

    I wanted to wear these on a date but saw one was broken apart from the back so I never got to wear. This is the second pair from Lulus that this has happened to me.

    SO PRETTY

    Such a nice pair of earrings to add to an outfit to help dress it up a bit. Love the matte silver finish and comfortable on the ears!

    Flimsy & ARRIVED DAMAGED.HORRIBLE RETURN PROS & CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    Flimsy & arrived scratched. I am a huge Lulus fan but they have the most aggravating return process I've ever experienced! They email you a label that you need to either print & attach to the box to drop off at an ups store/drop off. Or you can show the store the label or barcode if no printer. NONE of the labels or codes sent EVER WORK! I tried different stores so it's not the store. It's not me. No issues with codes sent from other companies.... Read More

Returns are impossible and if you don't return items in 10 days they charge you for the replacement AND shipping for the replacement! For an item that runs large despite the site & fit finder saying TTS? Absurd! I never return anything bc I don't like it, only if it is damaged or isn't TTS despite the listing saying it is AND doing the fit finder. Nothing but an awful experience with customer service too. When contacted about return issues they keep sending more labels that don't work - Courtney P.
