Too big

Would like a return
I purchased these for a wedding and during the time I ordered and the wedding my window to return them past. These run small and are very tight around the toes. I tried them on a few days before the wedding and could barely stand wearing them even sitting down. I attempted to process a return but the website says its not eligible for return. Cute, but didn't fit

Not what I expected
They were too slightly too big, (maybe should have gone a 1/2 size smaller) which made so uncomfortable to the point where I took them off and had my bf carry me to car. Comfy Heels!
