    Dangerously Poor Quality

    I bought these boots to replace a nearly identical pair from Lulu's that I'd worn so often the last two years that they had holes in them. I had to exchange my first order of these boots because they were almost a full size too small (these were even still a bit snug). When I wore them to work for the first time I nearly busted my ankle and fall on my a** about a dozen times because they have ZERO grip on the heel - it is a smooth, slippery, hard... Read More
    I bought these boots to replace a nearly identical pair from Lulu's that I'd worn so often the last two years that they had holes in them. I had to exchange my first order of these boots because they were almost a full size too small (these were even still a bit snug). When I wore them to work for the first time I nearly busted my ankle and fall on my a** about a dozen times because they have ZERO grip on the heel - it is a smooth, slippery, hard plastic. I count on a block heel to give me the sturdiness and support a pump just can't match, but these shoes were way more treacherous. Furthermore, the sole began to wear away under the ball of my foot immediately that day. See the photos - I am extremely disappointed that the quality has gone so downhill.
