Disappointed in Custumer service
It's very hard to write a review on items that have never been received. Lulus sent the package to their delivery company who tried once on June 9th to deliver. They said they would retry in 24-48 hours. That was 3 weeks ago. I've tried to talk to both Lulus and UniUni and NO ONE will help me. Don't order anything from Lulus if they can't guarantee delivery or at least help me with this. Very poor customer service.Response from Lulus.com:
