Bought as a gift
Bought this for my sister for her surprise engagement party. She is normally a medium, 34A, 28" waist, 150 lbs, 5'9". It was a little large on her but it worked since it is a flowy top. I think a medium is still best since she's tall and has a long torso, but maybe consider a small for a shorter person with similar bust size. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

Romantic in White
I am still swooning over this top! We are in the middle of December and I wish it was summer so that I could throw this on and become a swan. Seriously, the bell sleeves and off the shoulder neckline is gorgeous! The top is the statement.
