Not a fan

Cute torture
I really wanted to love this dress. It is well made, except the irritating elastic rubber band in the sleeve. I wore it for 5 minutes and was already feeling the band digging into my skin (not painful, but irritating nonetheless, like a previous reviewer mentioned). Hopscotch Black Ribbed Short Sleeve Skater Dress
