    Comfortable but matronly

    This felt very 'old lady' on me when I tried it on. Super comfortable though, and incredibly warm if you're going to a winter event.

    Lovely dress but it will need $100 in alterations if you aren't tall

    I love the thickness of this dress. It makes it feel glamorous and high quality. The neckline is low, so if you don't want dramatic cleavage, you may need to wear some sort of bandeau or tank top. As many reviews said, this dress is extremely long.     Beautiful color, but arrived damage

    I purchased this dress for my sister's Fall wedding. I like the unique color, the weight, and comfortable fit. I ordered a small and may need it taken in at the shoulders, and definitely hemmed, but I don't think I could have gone down a size. It's pretty, but I wouldn't classify it as anything super special. I ordered a small and may need it taken in at the shoulders, and definitely hemmed, but I don't think I could have gone down a size. It's pretty, but I wouldn't classify it as anything super special. Unfortunately dress arrived damaged; there is a tear in the plunging neckline.     Fits great. Need to like the flowy look.

    I LOVE this dress. One of the most comfortable dresses Ive ever worn

    The fit is very feminine. I don't normally show cleavage, but did at this event. I did tape the lowest part of the "v" Down with dress or fabric double tape. That stayed stuck all night. The dress was a little long, but I just lifted it. The color is beautiful. I will post a pic when I get one. I wore this with a turquoise lariat necklace and a pair of suede western boots.

    Perfectly Elegant

    Sized down based on other reviews. This is a classic, looks gorgeous with the low but tasteful neckline. Love the seaming. Definitely needs a heel as the dress seems a little long.

    Love the style but didn't fit- velvet dusty lavender dress

    Loved the dress, but it didn't fit. Too small, my normal size is m/L. I am so sad I have to send it back!

    Great dress for the price

    This is a great velvet dress. I'm usually between a small and a medium and the small fit best but was a hair tight. It was comfortable and a really nice weight for the fabric. It's low cut but on the right body, looks fantastic.

    High quality dress

    First, I want to say this dress was much higher quality than any dress I have ordered from Amazon and all the other retail stores I visited. I initially ordered a large dress. It was way too tight across my chest. I had to reorder an XL, which was too big everywhere else. I had the dress hemmed. It was probably 8-10 cut from the bottom. The material is heavy, so I think it hung nicely and didn't accentuate my belly.

    Gorgeous velvet gown

    LOVED this dress. Needed to get it hemmed it is super long, the v cut is super love and would be best worn without a bra.
