Plastic skirt
It feels like a plastic skirt as it has no give to it so it's a little short for me as I am tall, but I still like it a lot.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Katrina! Not my favorite
This is probably one of my least favorite things I've ordered from Lulus. I usually order a larger size in skirts because I have larger hips and I'm tall so although my dress size is a small, I ordered a large in the skirt. It fit fine but the material is very shiny.
