Not for flat chests
I ordered this dress for our summer vacation. It's vibrant and flowy and perfect, so I thought. When I got it in the mail it was so big in the chest area; my A cup bust didn't stand a chance! I sent it back and ordered a small. When the small arrived in the mail, it too was too big in the chest.
