Large in the shoulders/top

Disaster turned into gift for Mom...
I know that perhaps the large was maybe going to be maybe too tight on me. BUT it didn't even close over the front parts of my thighs let alone actually down the middle of me. I had to immediately take it off. Also because it was a final sale I couldn't return it. So I had my 5'4 - 130lb mother try it on. It looks AMAZING on her! But it was a little bit snug on her too.
