Slightly cheap, very short
This is cute. The pleats are slightly sloppy, which can make it look cheap, but maybe that was just the one I got. This has boning to help it stay up (yay). It is way short and would be best worn with high pants like on the model. I didn't have a good outfit for it, so I sent it back.
