Favorite dress

Beautiful dress but fabric on top part is loose
It's a beautiful dress especially the lower part but the fabric on the top part both front and back are loose that I have sew them.

So pretty, but really not for me.
I wouldn't recommend this dress for petite gals. And by "petite", I don't mean short - I mean, if you have a small/compact frame, this dress might make you feel like a little girl. The ruffles are pretty big, and it felt tight on my hips but too loose up top, even in the XS. Idk I just felt like a Victorian ghost child in this dress. I'm sure it would be gorgeous on someone taller or with a larger chest, but back it goes!
