This dress is cuter on than I imagined! I felt it also looked very slimming. It's cute and elegant and sexy all at once. I usually am a small to medium for things, but because of my chest I almost always go medium, however based on size chart I ordered a small. It does fit, but I will not be able to wear a strapless bra underneath due to the cutout. Also, it's definitely very short, especially with the tulip type skirt. And where the fabric...
