Not a true rose gold
I loved this dress in photos online. When I received it, the color was more of a coppery-gold rather than the peachy/pink-gold I was hoping for. The dress fit as expected. Definitely true to size. Gorgeous Sequins, Little Small!
This dress is a really pretty color, however the places where there are not sequins shows everything - unless you're super confident, you'd have to wear spanx. The dress at the top fits in a tailored way - I am more athletic / have muscle build on my shoulders and arms - it's WAY too snug. It's also REALLY short - barely covered my rear. Wanted to love
I wanted to love this dress but unfortunately like many sequin dresses it feels itchy and scratchy. The colors on this dress are amazing but I don't think the color worked well with my skin tone (I'm tan). I wanted to love it but I returned it.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Avery! WAY too short......useless
I really wish Lulu's would tell you the height of the model wearing the item. I also wish they would list the length of the item in each size. I ordered this dress in medium for my bridal shower and will be returning it. I'm okay with a short dress and have spanx to wear under it, but this dress is far too short, I don't see how anyone over 5'2" or 5'3" could wear it. It's a really beautiful dress.
