Beautiful Dress, absolutely wows

Perfect Black Tie Wedding Guest Dress!
I ordered this dress for a black-tie wedding on NYE - wow! So many people complimented me on the dress & it fit perfectly. Typically, I stay away from strapless dresses but after reading reviews I decided to go for it and it was perfect! Did not fall down & was perfectly snug.
