Wasn't for me.
When i got this item in the mail i was super excited to try it on and fall in love. That didn't happen. i picked this color because i just new that it would look amazing on my skin , it did but it was too big and at that point i realized it wasn't for me. I honestly don't think that i'ts worth the $49.00. It just didn't work for me and i don't see it working even if i got a size smaller, so i returned it . it may work for others but i'll pass.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Shawnise! Great dress
This is a very pretty dress that's easy to dress up and dress down. The only thing I will say is the front is a little short and the material is a little less silky as it looks in the picture. Overall, great dress though! - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
Nice dress but wrinkled
I like the dress a lot but the top is too big and I have a large chest. Also, it would be nice if LuLus would steam or press their clothing before sending it out. The dress arrived in a complete wrinkled mess...(like most of their clothing). I have to take it the seamstress to get the wrinkles out. Other than the wrinkles and baggy chest area, the dress is nice. - Product Rating: 1 of 5 stars
incredibly overrated
I'm 5'3 and 125 pounds. I am in no way a super small girl, but I read that it ran large, so I went ahead and ordered a small. It is HUGE. It's falling down in the bust (I'm 32c), the color reminds me of doctor's scrubs, and it barely goes in at the waist. the bottom is pretty, but overall I am incredibly underwhelmed. I usually LOVE lulus, but this is not worth fifty dollars. My mom laughed when I tried it on.
