Smaller chested

Needs a little bit of work
The material is great! A little thin on the bottom. The straps are a bit loose that cross over the back so I'll have to sew it to make it a bit more snug plus some hemming since I'm short. Trendy and classy
I bought this jumper for my teenage daughter to wear to a Sweet 16 party. She doesn't wear dresses, so this was the perfect choice for her to wear to a more formal event. I knew from reading the reviews that I would likely need to have the jumper altered for her because she is on the shorter side (she also does not wear heels) and is small chested.
