Depends on if you want it tight...
I ordered a small (my normal size) and a medium. The smalls were tight. Hard to get on and off. Required some spanx but the mediums I felt were too loose. (OK, my boyfriend said they didn't fit as well to my body type). I wore to an outdoor wedding with spanx in Texas at the end of June in 104 weather and was fine. True to size

Obsessed
I now own 4 colors in this dress. I say runs small because typically I'm a small but chest area was too tight in small for my 34C. I did have to have neck area altered in the size medium for a perfect fit. So worth it! - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
High qualtiy and flattering
This is a super cute high quality dress that is super flattering. I purchased small and medium just to make sure it the small wasn't too tight, but this dress is very true to size so no need to order up. Very happy with my purchase!
