Love but go down a size

FINALLY the perfect cutoffs!
I usually don't spend this much on clothing (let alone shorts!) but I've been looking for the perfect cutoffs for so long, I gave these a try. Most of the jeans I own are a size 2 or 4 and most shorts I own are a 27. I knew these wouldn't have stretch and, for someone like me with curves, I thought I should opt for the 28.
