Gorgeous dress, but runs small

Love this dress!

Runs small and see through
I bought this dress for my bridal shower and apparently waited too long to return it. The dress was very tight at the top once zipped and the back was completely see-through. I mean everything! It's a single layer or the thinnest material ever. I bought the white one so I was expecting it to be a tad bit see througg but not like that.
