    Nice idea but poorly executed

    I really like this dress because it has potential and it is unique. I have olive skin, so the color looks good on me. It is too long for me, so I would definitely hem it above the knee per my style. Overall, it is a size too big.     I really like this dress because it has potential and it is unique. I have olive skin, so the color looks good on me. It is too long for me, so I would definitely hem it above the knee per my style. Overall, it is a size too big. I am never a XS anywhere I buy clothes, so it's baffling to me how much extra material there is in the waist and the bust! Underneath the armpits gapes quite a bit. The fitted lining underneath fits perfectly, but the gold pleated layer looks like a bag hanging on me. There's no shape to this dress. Also, the slit edge of the dress arrived shredded and jagged because the material on the slit is not stitched, it's just cut, so any little bit of stretch is going to ruin it. I was pretty disappointed, but it's a final sale. I'm going to see what the tailor can do for me. - Stephanie S.

    Wanted this dress to fit so bad ;(

    This dress was definitely bigger then Lulus XS sizing. I order so much and have never had an issue with sizing until now. The under arm area popped out significantly because of the way they sewed it. Also, the overall fit was like a bag, very loose. Beautiful material and design though! I wish this fit so bad.

    Cute dress, runs VERY LARGE

    I would suggest sizing down on this one. The fabric and dress design are gorgeous but it fit me like a potato sack. I followed the size chart so this dress is just not consistent with that. I had to return.

    Weird ruching at chest area

    Wanted to love this dress! Ordered the small which fit great everywhere EXCEPT for the chest area. I do have small upper body but the way dress was made was flawed. There was entirely too much material in the ruching at the chest, causing the top part to stick out oddly and "poof" in areas it shouldn't have (like under my left arm only there was more fabric sticking out)...not flattering. Too bad because I wanted to love it. Made it look cheap.

    Lost color on light ironing

    Ordered this dress for a theme party and had to iron out a few wrinkles before wearing it, and it lost color from a patch when I started to iron at very low heat (as the instruction labels mentioned)! The fit was okay when I tried it.
