Inconsistent fit

I'm surprised I had to order a small, too long for a short girl
I'm usually a small or medium but with a tight dress would err on medium since I have a big butt. For this though it just was a little too big and a little too long for my 5'4 frame, making me look a little frumpy. Ordered a small one to see if it will fit better! not what i thought
I ordered it as a party dress for my birthday and it would've fit better as a business executive dress at a church convention speaking about modesty in the industry. it was very tight and the material was not what i thought. i thought it would be a cute, young dress but it was not.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Anne!
