WAY TOO BIG
These shoes run VERY large, I am usually an 8 and would need a 7-7.5. Unfortunately, they are not eligible for exchange, so I am stuck with them. Don't make the same mistake!! Runs small

Not for high arches!
I am normally a size 7 and it did not fit. I sent back and ordered a 7.5 which was too big. If you have high arches this shoe is not for you. Get a half size down.
I originally ordered a 9 because it said runs true to size. When I received them in the mail I was so excited! Upon trying them on they seemed a bit large and it was decided I'd need to size down a half size. Customer service was awesome and had mentioned multiple comments that the shoes run about a half size too big and she would have Lulus look into it to change the fit comment. Not sure how to recommend a size...
I originally ordered a size 7 after reading reviews to size down (normally a 7.5). They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I couldn't tell if the 7's were a tiny bit too small - I didn't want my pinky toe to hang over - so I ordered a 7.5 for comparison. The 7.5's fit better in the toe area but are slightly too loose in the heel which is ok with me. They are a higher heel than I normally wear and I'm glad they are a block heel otherwise... So pretty!
Super pretty! Can't wait to wear them as my wedding shoes. :) Fairly comfortable too! Wore them all day and my feet were a little sore but not too bad!
